As residents of Lyon, we have decided to introduce you to our city through its cuisine, of course.

• Do you have a whole day free? In the morning, we will take you to visit producers outside Lyon to discover their world and buy ingredients for a private cooking class in an exceptional location in the city center before dining with your chef.

• Are you as interested in history as you are in food? Then let us take you on a journey of discovery through Ainay, a neighborhood far from the tourist crowds, with a three-stop dining experience at three different restaurants where the owner will introduce us to a wine paired with the chosen dish. Between stops, we'll tell you all about Lyon, passing by the site of the world's first veterinary school and a building where one of the French Resistance's biggest coups took place during World War II.
